ORDERING INFO
Laura’s has contracted with a major gift manufacturer, The Brownlow Corporation, to fulfill all online orders. Brownlow will take your order, handle all payments and ship your order to you. Your credit card receipt will say Brownlow as well as your shipping labels. Brownlow, just like Laura’s, will not share your information with anyone else.
Brownlow will typically process and ship your order within 48 hours with estimated delivery times of 5 to 10 days. Expedited shipping is available at your request with added expense.
Brownlow can ship to Post Office boxes but shipping is only allowed in the 48 contiguous United States.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or pre-paid by check. A 14-day waiting period may apply if paying by check. We do not accept post-dated checks.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED:
Please note all returns, regardless of reason, must first be approved by us before we we will accept them. All returns must be issued a "Return Authorization Number" which MUST be placed on the shipping label below the return address. Any return which lacks a "Return Authorization Number" on the shipping label will be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense. Please note returns must be shipped back in the same condition and must contain the same manufaturer packaging as when received. Failure to send returns back in this manner may result in a refusal of the return
DAMAGES:
Products sold on-line are returnable for full credit if an item is received damaged. The item may be replaced or refunded. PLEASE MAINTAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS WHEN FILING A CLAIM FOR A DAMAGED ITEM.
All claims for a damage refund must be done within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. This policy is waived, however, if your purchase was for a specific holiday. In that case your purchase may be returned or credited due to damage within 5 days after the holiday date.
